Volume 48

The Hopkins Quarterly is delighted to announce the publication of Volume 48, which features four book reviews and an article on Armand-Jean Le Bouthillier de Rancé (1626–1700), the founder of the Trappist Order, whose influential example sheds light on the experiences described in The Wreck of the Deutschland.

This issue also features an editorial that explains The Hopkins Quarterly's recent hiatus from timely publication.
